Working to the latest OECD Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals to identify and characterise potential hazards and assess the toxic impacts of plant-protection products and veterinary medicines on a range of ecosystems and species. Our regulations-compliant environmental fate studies provide essential data on the fate and behaviour of pesticides and other chemicals in the environment whilst also offering a wide range of analytical services using sophisticated analytical instrumentation. Fera’s world class facilities include laboratories, state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation, an aquarium, glasshouses, field plots, animal facilities and a flow-through mesocosm.
